Opportunity to Collaborate

A customer was in the early design process of a new product with hopes of keeping costs down. After a few emails back and forth and a video meeting, the customer was able to finalize their design.
Being involved in the early stages greatly improved the quality and manufacturability of the parts and the customer was able to meet their costing requirements and lead times.
