Customer submitted a PO on a Thursday morning, material was acquired on the Friday and parts were delivered Saturday morning!

In this case, material was not already in the shop but was acquired through a local vendor. Programming was made simpler by the customer’s supplied model and parts were machined and inspected after hours to ensure deliver expectations were exceeded
